This may be the laast TEEF 2.0 batch!  TEEF 3.0 is currently in development which would combine all the alkaline mineralizer ingredients into one and include silica for even better potential remineralization and streamlining of production.

Use 2 gallon ziploc bag to combine ingredients. 

Take 140g of base and all the vitamins and minerals (not mineralizers) and foaming and oils and grind in commercial grinder.  Add this to ziplock with mineralizers and 600g base.  Seal and shake the bag around to finish combining.

TEEF Powder 4.9 Organic Teeth Powder Homemade Professional Recipe
